Ribbed Rubber Van Mat

Floor mats: 2 items which were obvious as far as description model year came and were great. the 3rd item was very difficult to find proper year model, description seemed OK year and image, however without any dimensions the incorrect item came, even though I sent and Email and spoke to service to have them confirm my dimension matched prior to sending. Also got told I would have a drawing sent through for me to check. Only got a redirection to the site. no dimensions. Incorrect item arrived. asked again for dimensions on another available mat SKU. Got limited dimensions this time and ordered the Mat.
Fits OK but not like the other mats, was for an older Van so some areas need cutting and others are a fit too big. Better than the first mat though.
My van is a 2026 Transit MWB and I offered to bring it in so you could actually measure it and upgrade you mat offerings with a new model but was told no thanks. I could not quite understand why this would be the case as I would have expected you want to keep up with the latest models. Therefor the actual service side if the business could be greatly improved with much better communications and willingness to assist and improve on the current offerings and information.

Very impressed with the quick delivery and the great fit. I wasn’t sure if I needed to remove the plastic shell floor that came with the van for the mat to fit but I didn’t need to. It provides great grip, looks good and heavy duty. It was perfectly shaped for my LWB with barn doors. It had a very strong rubber odour but that goes away after a short while. Great company to deal with.
