Do you have a phone number I can call?
We currently do not offer phone support - instead, we offer prompt email support. We do this for a few reasons, which we're happy to share here. Firstly, when we used to offer phone support, these queries represented a relatively small number of enquiries but they could be quite time-consuming. Email support allows us to prioritise urgent queries, as well as to ensure we can get the right support person onto your enquiry promptly and provide the right information first time. Focusing on email support means we can utilise the skills of our team while keeping our overheads (and therefore our prices) low.
Is your cover the same as my original cover?
No, we are an after-market supplier and therefore cannot copy OEM products, however in some cases our covers are compatible with your pre-existing hardware. However if you do have pre-existing hardware and are in any doubt that our cover will fit, please contact us before you order to verify if our cover is compatible.
What if I have pre-existing hardware installed?
As we are an after-market supplier our hardware setups are generally different to (Original Equipment Manufacturer) OEM products, however in some cases our covers are compatible with your pre-existing hardware. If you do have pre-existing hardware and are in any doubt that our cover will fit, please contact us before you order to verify if our cover is compatible.
Can I get the cover fitted to my vehicle?
We do not offer a fitting service, however our covers do come with a set of detailed fitting instructions so that you can fit the cover yourself.

If you would prefer it to be fitted professionally you can enquire with a local motor trimmer or car mechanic as they may be able to assist you.
What tools do I need to install?
As a general guide for the majority of our products you will require a drill, pop rivet gun, 4mm drill bit, pencil and tape measure. For exact requirements, see the fitting instructions available on each product page.
How much is freight?
Shipping to most locations on the Australian mainland is free, however please check our shipping and delivery page for exclusions. We always recommend verifying the freight cost when in the checkout.
Can I come and pick up my item?
As an online business our goods are shipped from a centralised distribution facility, consequently we are not able to offer a customer pick-up service.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Your order will be dispatched within 1 to 2 business days* after your payment has been cleared. Please note our products are shipped from Victoria and some items e.g. Mats, Clip-on covers, Tray covers etc, need to be shipped via road and therefore delivery can take up to 11 days, depending upon your location.

*Note: Canopy covers currently take 15 business days to manufacture.

If you live in a remote area and have not received your item within 12 business days please contact us via email (sales@aussietonneaus.com.au) or via our online chat.
Can I return my cover if I change my mind, just don’t like it or I have ordered the wrong product?
You can return the product to us as long as it is in its original condition, complete with its fitting kit. We may ask you why you want to return it as your feedback will allow us to further improve our systems and processes.

In such cases the return freight costs will be at your expense so please make sure that you order the correct part. If you are in any doubt, please get in touch with us before you place your order.
How long until I get my money back after I have returned an item?
We will issue your refund after we have received the item back into our warehouse.
