There's no external drilling of the body required. Depending on your model, the cover either suits the existing factory clip on rails or comes with low-profile aluminium extrusions that rivet inside the tub.

How do I get full access to the tub?

The cover is easily removed in seconds, without any tools, providing 100% tub access.

Can I still carry oversized loads with the cover on?

Yes. There's an integrated concealed oversized load hooks system — a hidden bungee cord setup that gives you extra flexibility when you need it.

No Fuss Replacement!

There are a few providers in Tonneau Cover space and after considering options I settled on Aussie Tonneaus and it was the correct choice!
An easy no fuss process, products presented logically, easy to ready descriptions, excellent website layout, streamlined ordering and checkout process.
My Tonneau Cover arrived within less than a week, easy to follow instructions had me putting it all together and replacing the old tired factory tonneau cover within an hour of delivery. Initial fitting was a little tight but I expected it would be and is an improved deisgn compared to factory without those annoying button clips either side of the Factory Sports Bar posts. Overall an awesome experience, well done Aussie Tonneaus!

Nice light material. Width is fine but is a cm or so long so the cover is not as tight as the original product. Still works well and achieves its purpose. Good value for money.

Unpack box, fit elastic cord and clips to cover, remove old cover, slide new cover on, clip down, fits like a glove, really good fit especially around sports bar under 10 minutes to do. I thought the material may be a bit thinner than original but the fit is great and im happy

Replacement tonnes cover to fit a nissan d40 navara

Excellent company to purchase from, website super easy to navigate, delivered on time. Quality cover that fits standard fittings except it is loose on the taigate so water pools at the back unfortunately.

Didn't fit initially, but 2nd replacement custom one is great

Unfortunately the first cover I was sent was too short. I have genuine hardware. After emailing photos and measurements, a 2nd replacement cover was sent at no extra cost. This fitted perfect and I wish i had purchased a lot earlier than putting up with my genuine deteriorated cover for so long.

Fits but slightly loose

The cover was really easy to fit slides on easy, fits over the tub fits around the sports bar perfectly. It is a little bit loose so it does mean that there is even with the centre bar there is some water pooling that happens on top of the cover, which means that overtime it’s going to have a water stain on it unless it gets wiped off regularly which is a little bit annoying but it’s overall reasonable cover for the price you pay. Delivery was fast and it looks like it’s gonna last a number of years.
