Cover did not fit described ute

The cover I bought for my 2024 triton did not fit my Ute because of the head board. I picked the right vehicle described on the website but the one sent to me did not fit. I was then told I would incur my own cost sending the product back in order to get a refund. I emailed the company asking why I should pay for the return considering their described product did not fit and have not yet received a reply (2 months later)

Front slide to hard to slide Tonnaeau on, seems slightly too big for rails as is very loose and flaps while driving, can't fold in half and flip back as i could do with my pevious 1, my dog sits in the back so i have to remove tonneau every time he goes for a rlde,
On heavy rain a puddle pools at the rear of the Tonneau,
Very impressed with delivery, ordered Tuesday and arrived Friday in NZ

It does the job

The instructions had incorrect measurements and when I attempted to alert the company and correct this, the company just kept sending me the same instructions with errors. The tailgate rails didn't fit and they had to send me a new one. There is no phone number and they refuse to call you so this was all done very slowly over multiple emails. Now, the cover seems to fit alright, but compared to others I have seen, it isn't the best. I probably wouldn't buy from here again.
