There's no external drilling of the body required. Depending on your model, the cover either suits the existing factory clip on rails or comes with low-profile aluminium extrusions that rivet inside the tub.

How do I get full access to the tub?

The cover is easily removed in seconds, without any tools, providing 100% tub access.

Can I still carry oversized loads with the cover on?

EXTREMELY HAPPY!!!

I have seen other Tonneaus and in comparison the Aussie Tonneaus are very good in quality. I have this on my Triton and my role is landscaping. Clippers, dirt and rake , tools etc the Tonneau is tough and the clip on is perfect. a little tight is what you want! We bought the one with sportsbar and despite the minor gaps its really good. Bang for buck. Who needs OEM? i wont. I can replace another if need be for the half the price from car dealers.

Delivery time and quality was good did have to cut and modify the rails near the roll bar as they didn’t account for the plastic base around the roll bar had to cut 5mm off the rails on the inside of the roll bar

Great cover

Great cover , easy to install...only thing I would change is have a solid cross bar the one that is currently with it is adjustable and it loosens over time. Other then that I'm very happy with it
