It is fair to say that the fit isn't as universal as they say. Mine has slack across the top and down the sides. In order to fit the tie downs, I would have had to drill into the sides of the trailer and have the pop rivet exposed internally, both an eyesore and a safety issue.
There are only two cross bars supplied and as you will find - even if your cover fits better - water will pool in the spaces in between and unless you get straight on it, you will risk damage to the seems by stretching. I have had to purchase three more cross bars to eliminate water pooling at a cost of $225, almost as much as the initial cost.
In retrospect the guys I bought the trailer from suggested a place I could get a custom made cover and I should have listened. While it was about $200 more than here, I have spent that much - not to mention the hours of work - making the thing fit as best it ever will.
With all that said, the material seems good quality and strong. The stitching seems good and the eyelets have an extra piece of reinforcement, but it isn't doubled, which would have been nice to have.
Would I buy this setup again, unfortunately no! If you're on a budget and not totally fussy about a sloppy fit and internally protruding pop rivets, you might like this cage cover. For me, I would do custom made next time and get the fit my trailer deserves. Sorry fellas 3/10

We are sorry to hear that the universal trailer cover didn’t suit the set up for your trailer. As this is a universal trailer cover, its fits most trailers but not all. We do stand by our 30 day return policy and 3 year warranty.
In regards to the supplied support bars, the cover has been designed that is only requires the two support bars included with the trailer cover, which provides adequate tension and aids in water run off. While we appreciate your creativeness with the 5 support bars to enchance the fitment, generally there is no need for 5 support bars as that would make the installation and removal of the trailer cover more difficult to remove.

The cover is great and really good quality, however the “cross bars” are not great.
The 2 bars are made up of sections and reduce the structural strength and rigidity of the roof area.
Really wish they had made them out of a single piece off steel.

I recently purchased a generic sized water proof cover for cage trailer as well as a custom cover for my ute. Bot were extremely easy to order, were delivered with in a few days of ordering and were easy to install.

Drove from Melbourne to Brisbane and back with this cover. Worked very well in all weather conditions.
Minor issue of the cage doors hinges projected out on the corners of the cage. I had to cut slits around the hinges in order to fit the rear cover flap which voided warranty
Tonneau cover is a good fit over my cage. Plenty of tie down cord. The back flap provides good access to the trailer
