Frequently asked questions

Q1. Is your cover the same as my original cover?

No, we are an after-market supplier and therefore cannot copy OEM products, however in some cases our covers are compatible with your pre-existing hardware. However if you do have pre-existing hardware and are in any doubt that our cover will fit, please contact us before you order to verify if our cover is compatible.

Q2. What if I have pre-existing hardware installed?

Please contact us, providing us with photos and the measurements of your cover, we will then check and advise you if our products are compatible.

Q3. Can I get the cover fitted to my vehicle?

We do not offer a fitting service, however our covers do come with a set of detailed fitting instructions so that you can fit the cover yourself.

If you would prefer it to be fitted professionally you can enquire with a local motor trimmer or  car mechanic as they may be able to assist you.

Q4. How much is freight?

Shipping to most locations on the Australian mainland is free, however please use the  “Free Delivery to Most Areas in Australia Check your Postcode” link when placing your order to verify the freight cost.

Q5. Can I come and pick up my item?

As an online business our goods are shipped from a centralised distribution facility, consequently we are not able to offer a customer pick-up service. 

Q6. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Your order will be dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours after your payment has been cleared. Please note our products are shipped from Victoria and some items e.g. Mats, Clip-on covers, Tray covers etc, need to be shipped via road and therefore delivery can take up to 5 days, depending upon your location.

If you live in a remote area and have not received your item within 10 business days please contact us via email ([email protected]) or via our online chat.

Q7. Can I return my cover if I change my mind, just don’t like it or I have ordered the wrong product?

You can return the product to us as long as it is in its original condition, complete with its fitting kit. We may ask you why you want to return it as your feedback will allow us to further improve our systems and processes.

In such cases the return freight costs will be at your expense so please make sure that you order the correct part. If you are in any doubt, please get in touch with us before you place your order.

Q8. How long until I get my money back after I have returned an item?

We will issue your refund after we have received the item back into our warehouse.

N.B. Please follow the return instructions listed here on our website very carefully so as to avoid any delays in processing your refund.

Q9. When will i get my item if i order between Christmas & New Year?

Our offices and factory will be closed for our anual Christmas shutdown, closed from Friday 20th December 2019 until Monday 6th January 2020. 

Orders recieved during this period will be dispatched on or shortly after Monday 6th January 2020. 

Q10. When should i order to have my cover returned by Christmas?

We recommend ordering no later than 10am Thursday 12th December to receive your product by Christmas. *note it may take slightly longer if you are in remote WA/NT/QLD, and we would suggest ordering no later than the 11th December. 
N.B. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee your order will arrive by Christmas even if you follow our suggested timeframe, however ordering on or before these dates will significantly increase your chances of having your order by Christmas.
